I went to Postnet in Oaklands over 3 weeks ago to have some slides printed. I gave the women helping me clear instructions on what to do but she didn't listen and then charged me for her mistake (which cost me double what I would have payed) The quality of the documents I had printed was pixelated and absolutely unreadable. When I enquired about it I was told that was just the way it is. I was then patronized by the store manager whose name I believe is Fahmida. She then threw a piece of paper at me and told me to go complain to Michael. I immediately phoned Michael who informed me that Postnet printers are in fact "not great" at printing powerpoint slides (something I should have been informed about upfront) He then proceeded to tell me he was traveling and I should email him and he will get back to me by Monday the latest. 3 mondays have now passed with no reply. I am absolutely disgusted by the way I was treated and the quality of service I received
I would appreciate a prompt reply as well as a resolution.
