With all due respect, PostNet SA, kindly address my complaint satisfactorily. I laid a complaint against one of your franchisees but all I got from Dawid was a copy and paste response. I lost well over 200 files and the response I get is "she can't have deleted the files." Then who did?!?! I gave her my flash disc with all these files and she returns it to me with 4 files... When her assistant told her there's only 4 files in the disc she was very shocked--- because she knos that when I gave her the disc it had much more than the 4 she returned it with. I still maintain, I want ALL my files back. She must recover my files
Please note, this complaint is not gonna go away until it is resolved well... Please don't sweep it under the carpet, it's very important that I recover these files
