I am a highly upset client. I took my car for a service to Kia North cliff, after the service was done
My car came back with an oil leak. I have reported this to the North cliff branch who to my dismay told me that i cannot drive the car and the oil has leaked into my gearbox and it will affect my clutch.
I was so upset and distraught as I told them i need a courtesy vehicle which the refused to assist me with. I am really upset as when the car goes for a service the oil is removed and replaced, my car is only 2 years old why did they not notice that the oil seal is perished or deteriorating.
After me requesting a courtesy vehicle and them refusing to help me they came back saying the car is fine to drive. They have risked my life driving this car just cause they don't have a courtesy car.
Now it's been a week me driving in fear, I called to ask if the part arrived, they say due to a computer problem there is a delay, initially the delay was the Warranty officer was on leave. I cannot believe the i am being fed. I want this sorted immediately I have been mucked around long enough.
I cannot drive the car for another 2 weeks in this condition. KIA IS RISKING MY LIFE!
