My Nissan Tiida went for a 90 000km service last week Wednesday. A belt that was replaced broke on Saturday while we were away for the weekend. The vehicle needed to be towed back home and we paid for the 1st tow. When we phoned North Cliff Nissan on Tuesday, they've arranged for the vehicle to be towed back to them and also a courtesy vehicle for me.By close of business they've notified me that my car is ready for collection. I fetched my car the following morning and so far so good - no problems. They went the extra mile by assisting us to get the car back on the road and also by refunding us for the 1st tow we have paid.
