Spoke to guy by the name of Earl @ telesure group out in joburg, I'm doing a 3rd party claim nd requested a courtesy vehicle for the time my vehicle is going in for repairs.even though there client is responsible for the damage to my car I was refused A courtesy vehicle even after mentioning to him tht I need 2 drop my kids @ school nd tht I have a job to attend to everyday, I also need to open a shop every morning @ 6:30, I'm very upset with ths matter because it wasn't my fault tht their client drove into me and I would like to take it up further with someone in a higher position.end of the day I'm ganna have to rent a car and who is ganna cover the cost? I already had to make calls to joburg on my expense nd drive to the assesment centre on my expense which I don't thnk is fair @ all
