I had a very nice experience at the service station on Monday evening. It was cold, and Xola came running out the minute I pulled in. As for the others they were not very interested so they let him. Xola was friendly and helpful. On asking me can he check my oil and water, I asked him to just pump my one tyre as it had a slow puncture and I had not had the time to go fix it. He proceeded to tell me he can fix it for R15. So i accepted. He helped me so much, was so nice to have customer service again and someone going beyond his duty as well as doing it after his shift had ended and his lift was waiting. He is a true ambassador for your product! Will gladly go there again. Thanks to Xola.
