I recently had a flat tyre and took the flat to Tiger wheel and tyre in Retreat hoping for a repair. Before I had even walked from my car to the shop, William had come over to see what I needed. He took my tyre and went to check it for a puncture. While I was in the store speaking to a lovely young man (Devon?) I saw William back at his station and busy with my tyre. Concerned about a repair out of my budget I dashed over. It turned out I didn't have a puncture but a very dirty rim causing the leak. While I waited, chatting to William about what he was doing, (Devon) pulled my car in for me and was super friendly. William cleaned my rim, balanced my tyre and put it on, all the while entertaining my questions. When I enquired the charge... There was none. It had been done as part of their amazing service. I was reminded why I use this branch above any other.
Good old fashioned customer service. What a wonderful experience.
