I purchased a Samsung Digital Inverter Fridge from Game at Kenilworth Centre on Sunday 24 November 2013. Monday, 25 November the fridge was delivered with the vegetable crisper and glass plate that did not align with the model of fridge purchased. I contacted Game that evening. The salesman Yazeed was unavailable. I asked that he return my call. It did not happen. The next morning I phoned and he claimed that he needed to check if he could replace. I did not understand the message that was left with my family member. Phoned Game back on Tuesday and could not get hold of Yazeed after being placed on hold indefinitely. I called Game back and asked to speak to a manager. I was referred to Xola who assured me that he would deal with the matter and call me Wednesday morning. That did not happen and when i called Xola to ask for feedback he referred me to Yazeed who had an arrogant attitude when I complained about the service. I am disgruntled by the level of service received, when one does not expect this, given the amount one spends. I will not shop at Game again, if this is the service one receives after being a loyal customer for years.
