Picked up a Camper Van for AfrikaBurn, waited 1.5 hours to get the vehicle, absolute shambles of a collection office. Bad attitude from Mr Abrahams, who has no idea of customer service. A flat and faulty tyre delayed us, they refused to change the tyre, and just 'fixed' it. The tyre burst 20km into the dirt road drive. Only 20 litres of water provided in a 80 litre tank, even after I requested they check. The refused that too.
No hot/cold running water due to faulty pump. The pump would not switch off and drained the battery, rendering fridge useless. We had to run the van for an hour a day to charge the batteries JUST for the fridge. Pathetic.
