Some weeks back I couldn't go out due to the fact that the fluid pump stopped working I had to take the car to them to be repaired. It messed up my entire day!! Today I'm back in BMW because now there is an Engine fault and I have it leave my car over night. I don't mind bringing my car in for service it's vital but services are meant to ensure these problem don't occur. BMW has the greatest sales personnel I've ever had to work with but their after sales team is absolutely pathetic.
Their cars are beautiful but if it means getting bad after sales service then you know what NEVER MIND I never experienced this with Mercedes Benz.
