I lodged a query with Mercedes Benz South Africa on 03-10-2013 about bad service from Mercedes Benz Constntia Kloof. I was told by their consultant that my query will be resolved within 48hrs. To date I haven't heard anything from them. This is rather worrying because if the head office itself doesn't care about customers, the branches won't be bothered because they know customers have nowhere to run to. Does it mean buy a Mercedes at your own risk because there is no after sales support?
