I had the most pleasant experience when trying to purchase a new Mercedes Benz family car. The Sales Manager, Jody Jegels, arranged the meeting while he was on leave. The Fleet Sales manager contacted me with all my needs and details already on hand. I gave her an hours notice for when I could make it to come and view. When I arrived at the dealership, there were 3 different cars in the model that I requested, ready and polished, on the floor that was purely for my perusal. She gave me her undivided attention and was warm and proffessional beyond my expectation. She was so accomodating and sincere and made me feel like I was no less than their normal rich businessman clientelle. She created an environment that was relaxed, friendly with no pressure to take the car. I will definately refer anybody interested in a Mercedes Benz to this dealership. Well done Simone!
