Bad service

I Bought a new car in Jan 2012. The sales lady forged my signature while her direct manager was on leave in December. No one checked the sales team work. Also no one realised until I came to sign all the final papers; there was an additional R10 000 with my forged signature.
I ordered the car with smash and grab & leather seats. When the car arrived there was none. Had to go back for both the above.
I have had to go back 3 times already for light bulbs. The 1st time it wasn't inserted correctly and I had to return again the next day.
I've had window trimmings replaced as it has begun to peel off. The new set is already faulty and spoilt with water marks.
When I took my car for a service, they damaged the inside of the glove compartment to try and fix my Media player, my car had grease marks and an unfamiliar glue substance which I had to rub off myself.
This morning was another bad experience, went to fit a bulb. The staff were enjoying their breakfast and reading the newspapers making a noise in the canteen area which is ON DUTY time and is meant for customers!
Not to mention the bad attitude of the receptionist when you call with a problem. Not impressed Mercedes- Benz!
