Unhappy doesn't even begin to describe the level of emotion coursing through my mind.
(Mercedes Benz) prides itself on the level of service offered by Mercedes Benz, this is not a charitable action, this is due to the vast amounts of money we your client spend on our motor vehicle, only to be later blinded by the wool being pulled over our eyes, why? am I not receiving the level of service I deserve, I sure did pay for it, why? are you trying to get out of your responsibilities as a dealer, I held up my end of the bargain, now it's time for you to do the same.
I had already spoken with lapies, told him my situation, that I was overseas, everything was planned for when I had returned and now you're telling me different? why wasn't I notified via email, cell phone, telephone, office number, fax, sms, what sap the list is endless there were a million different ways you could have notified me, we`re not in the stone age, instead you chose not to do your job, now due to your incompetence and lack of service, I am expected to suffer, the consequences? where is the professionalism, never mind attempting to describe how un ethical your action are.
