A parcel was meant to be couriered to myself. When informed of this, I asked very specifically what would be needed to receive my parcel. The information given to me was very vague. When my documents were incorrect I received a call from your call centre accusing me of not listening and failing to follow the instructions they had given (poorly). I was not apologised to for the misunderstanding and was TOLD what to do, without giving any clarification regarding my previous error. I followed the instructions given to me, and again was told I was wrong without any suggestion on how to rectify this.
I am unhappy with the attitude of the staff I dealt with over the phone, the only helpful individuals were the drivers.
Your customer service is pathetic and needs to be addressed.
I will not make use of your services or recommend your company to others until such a point as these grievances have been rectified. I will be discouraging others from making use of your services for the forseeable future.
