I am so disgusted with Net florist. After receiving the incorrect parcel for Mothers day I immediately informed their Customer care and also e-mailed their orders department stating that the parcel was incorrect, I even e-mailed them the correct parcel picture and the incorrect parcel received. I a phoning customer care every single day to enquire when I will be refunded & when they will collect the incorrect parcel! This is unbelievably poor service! I have never in my life dealt with such unprofessional people! I have been trying since 13 May for any feedback and calls to be returned, this is my first time using Net Florist and I will never use them again and most certainly not recommend them to anyone! They are so fast to deliver the goods but when in the wrong to collect the incorrect parcel they keep on blaming their courier department! Poor service!!!
