Lady with a lot of attitude when I tried to find out where my parcel was. I drove over 1 hour coming to the company to pick up my parcel and when I called to find out where the company was because I was lost, I was told that my parcel isn't there and her exact words were ' No one has asked you to jump into your car and drive around' unprofessional service! I've been to by another lady the previous day to say my parcel will be arriving yesterday evening and I'll be able to pick up today. They knew pretty well that I was coming from far so they could have warned me they might be a slight delay in the parcel. This is not the first time I was given false information from this company. I've used DHL this month too. And when I called the lady have me directions right to her office door and had my parcel laying on her desk! That's what I call professional service. Wouldn't recommend it all!
