I settled my account with BMW Financial Services months ago and I am still waiting for the log book/vehicle papers, when I originally called the BMW Finance call centre I was given instructions to put in writing via email where I would like these documents sent and subsequently sent through the relevant information.
Now months later I still await these documents! Do BMW Finance expect me to run around them and enquire where my vehicle papers are? I suppose I will have to now as it seems they can't follow simply instructions, but I can honesty say this will be the last they see of my business in the future, I am so sick and tired of pathetic service, unfortunately it seems common practice these days!
