Total misinformation and poor service

My parcel was stopped at customs for possible counterfeit. They needed to inspect it. This is a process offered by SARS.
DHL provide me with totally incorrect information during the whole process.
The final straw was a letter sent addressed to me informing me that my parcel will be moved to government warehouse and will be destroyed. The reason being some documents were apparently missing. DHL never asked me for documents and neither did SARS.
When i contact SARS they inform me the parcel has completed inspection and ready for DHL to collect! When i contact DHL they dont know what i am talking about.

None of the names mentioned respond to an email. The letters given to me have incorrect contact details of the staff.
I was also told by Nandi to just ignore the correspondence that i received from DHL as its just sent out as a general information.
What a joke and an excuse for poor management.
