My first choice in a car was for a Honda, but as it was slightly out of my range I decided to go for a Kia Rio Hatch.

I just want to thank Kia for taking 8 months to get the car, for continually phoning me to check if I've received it without actually doing anything about it, and for hardly responding to any complaints on HelloPeter.

All of this gave me a lot of time to reasses and hear about how many unresponded complaints there are on HelloPeter relative to other car manufacturers.

In the end I managed to get the Honda that I wanted to begin, which I'm most delighted with, and am left wondering why I ever considered or gave Kia the benefit of the doubt to begin with.
