Bought a Groupon for a spa treatment. Initial contact seemed promising, and the girl was friendly, but after not receiving any response on three emails, a phone call and a facebook post, I FINALLY managed to get hold of them, only to be told they didn't receive my mails (would "take a picture" of their inbox to prove it... ummm ...), I shouldn't have left a message on their phone because they don't check messages, and they only now just got the FB post. Her entire attitude was confrontational, I never got a "sorry for the inconvenience" and when I said I don't want a picture, I want a working email address, they hung up on me. Their bad attitude has continued as I copied them on my request to Groupon for a refund, and got a response "Here comes your email through only now". I told them not to contact me again as they can't fix anything and the response was "Oh my dear, I don't want to fix anything". So basically, they care NOTHING for the client and only care about being "right".
