Waiting 3 months for feedback

Last year August, my vehicle went in for a noise on the steering wheel - yolk spring was replaced. 3 May 2013 my vehicle whet for a service. I told them the exact same noise is back when turning my steering wheel. Only this year it was the front shock top mountings causing a noise. The vehicle is still under waranty. I waitted for weeks with no feedback on when the waranty parts will be here and my car can go for the repairs. Phoned the service adviser who dealt with my car several times, everytime she will phone back. When I phoned her the 3rd time I got the same feedback - threatended to phone the service manager. On 31 May received an sms from her stating that she will give me feedback today - still waiting. My 5th call was to the service manager - left a message to call me - still waiting. Phoned the next day again for the service manager - left message - still waiting. Phoned 7th time for another manager, who went and checked with waranty, the servive adviser never took the claim to waranty. Then service man. phoned and said parts are in stock. 8th call to waranty - parts not in stock, but will check with service man. 3 months have gone, still no feedback!!!
