Yes so i get a call and an email from John Puluza from TNT. Apparently they've received my package and there are some forms to fill, scan and email back to them... oh yes and a deposit of an -R700 so i had to send that as well. i do an internet banking transfer send them the notification and other documents. And my man John Puluza is rushing me like hey its so urgent. Ok then i do as i am told and the next thing... that it, i never hear from the guy ever again. so i send him emails and i call the call centre asking if he's around if i could talk with him. And no, i don't get a hold of him. so what do you do when you are expecting something and it doesn't show up, you call and ask what's going on. So there i am having wasted alot of money on these online shops thinking to myself i've been ripped off. i call again and tell them my tracking number and this guy explains that he doesnt understand whats going on because my package is still in their premises. Should i then just give up and think of it as my free gift to TNT. i guess so!! Email Ref number 261740010
