Non existing customer support

I applied for a home loan at fnb. This was easy, just fill in a few forms and send them of. Nobody advice you or give you hope just send them of and hope for the best. Received a call from Mark mdliki saying I need to send him paperwork for my extra income. I asked him to email me the information he require. I received the email but what a waist no explanation on what he needs just forms I need to fill in but the best part is I have filled in 70% of the forms and he's got it already. I tried to call Mark but he do not answer and his voice mailbox is full. I called the office he works in and he is busy and will get back to me. This never happened. I send him emails asking to please explain what he needs and never got a reply. After a few days Daisy Engel send me a email asking for documents they need to complete my application. I tried sending the documents to Daisy but FNB do not except large files. I emailed daisy to please help because I cannot send the documents she requires. After a day I tried calling Daisy but this was just a another waist of my time because Daisy also do not answer. I withdrew my application because FNB home loans is a waist of my time, very disappointed
