YOUR NEW 2013 MITSUBISHI ASX SAGA

I had a car accident on the 14th April driving my newly bought Mitsubishi ASX 2013 model. Horror started when the panel beater could not receive all parts ordered from the dealership upon receiving prompt authorisation from the insurance on the 19th April. Hired car had to be returned after 30 days as normal and reality kicked in. R7000 instalment towards a new car you cant even drive with only 2100 kms, delays in getting parts and the whole world just come crashing down on you for trusting an Advertisement which saw me having sleepless nights after seeing such a beautiful and stylish car on TV. There I went trying to request for a loaned car from my dealership judging by the kind of excellent service we received when we purchased the car. Funny enough a David from customer care has been good enough after taking his own time to secure me a car which surprisingly "I wont get before I insure it". Where on earth have you heard of that? My own insurance can't even help me let alone other insurance companies. I spent the whole day trying to secure insurance with no luck. Called David again and he is getting back to me till now... I GIVE UP MITSUBISHI YOU CARE LESS ABOUT YOUR CLIENTS!!
