We sent our moter vehicle in for repairs after we flooded our vechicle while on a 4x4 outing.
We struggled with the dealership with regards to communication. We had to constantly phone them to find out what is happening with the repairs and insurance. 36 Days later we have our car back. As soon as I drive mroe the 75 the whole car vibrates so bad that I cannot even use my mirrors to change lanes while dirving. I phone the dealership to inform them about my problem. They sipmly replied that wheel allignment and balancing was not specified to be done. Should they not have included this into their quotation to the insurance? Also they cannot garrentee that my car will not smell moldy after the fragrance of the upholstery cleaner have warn off from the valet service. Our vehicle was loaded onto the tow truck including loose carpets. Which was not put back into our vehicle. I'm not accusing them of steeling or loosing them, I would just like to check their service area if they arn't maybe laying around somewhere. I'm very disapointed in the service which we received from them.
