My Car has been sitting the for over a week now. They NEVER made an attemp to contact me on the progress of the vehicle or whats going on, not even to confirm that they will be repairing my vehicle after it was accesed., I had to follow up every time I wanted feedback but never ever got any, The person dealing with my Car, named Lewellyn Symons is never around to take my call, he never made an attemp to contact me and when I called him, he drops the phone right after saying hello.
Club Motors Randburg Approved Repair Centre. I will definitely NOT recommend them to anyone, The customer service there is pathetic.
