Club Motors Repair Centre in Ranburg has tainted my view of BMW service:
- Our car was booked in for repair last week Monday - Tuesday they contacted my wife to say they lost her key, so we arranged for the spare to be provided to them. The repairs were supposed to be done within 5 days, we still have not got the car back. Feedback from them has been shockingly bad, we have had to continuously call them in order to get feedback. On Thursday we were promised that if the car was not ready on Friday we would have a courtesy car availed to us. - This is still forthcoming. I have left numerous messages for the manager that have just been ignored. When my wife has tried to get feedback on what the status is or the plan of action will be with regards to her car keys, she gets ignored.
Service has just been SHOCKING!!!
