My car was involved in a minor accident on the 24th of May 2013, I reported to Mutual & Federal then they arranged a tow to Auto Magic however it turned out Club Motors Randburg is the only authorised repair centre for Mini Coopers. AA towed the car to them so I gave it a week hoping to get a call/email for a quotation but it did not happen. I called to follow up they claimed my car wasn't with them! Informed my insurance then transferred me to Megan who is not reachable. Their receptionist kept on transferring my calls from one person to another, fortunately Patrick Mosenyi was the only guy who was willing to help he emailed me the quotation to forwad to my broker Ben Theunissen who said the claim was approved and sent to Club Motors to go ahead with repairs. Two weeks went passed thinking all is well until I followed up again using my own airtime then Quintin Bannister said they awaiting authorisation! Authorisation was emailed on the 10th to [Email Removed]
Today is the 20th my car is still not fixed not to mention that I have to return the courtesy car on the 22nd
