I have a 2012 Kia Koup, headlight glow blew, seems a bit early but these things happen... call the dealership, "sorry too busy today come tomorrow". Now this is a safety item and I called mid day, but there's apparently no urgency for this type of issue. So anyways I go the next day and have the globe replaced (almost R300.00 incl. labour)
I turn my headlights on that evening only to find that the globe that has been replaced is pointed straight down at the ground! Is this really such a hard thing to check, should it not be part of the check for headlights to check the alignment?
Now I have to take more time off work to go back to the dealer to get it sorted...
