On 25/12/2012 tried to subscribe for AA membership with monthly billing - never received response.
(Therefore subscribed to alternative roadside assistance for the holiday period)
On 31/12/2012 a annual premium was deducted, repeated by a monthly deduction on 15/1/2013.
Repeated emails to request cancellation of my membership have not resulted in any action.
PLEASE CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP and CONFIRM THAT NO MORE PREMIUMS WILL BE DEDUCTED.
PS: the 12 month subscription rule should not apply, since I NEVER WAS A MEMBER: I never received confirmation that I was a membe
