I was involved in an accidnt on the 20.06.2013. I submitted my claim immediately to bugdet insurance. With all the required details, including saps details, and the claim form with the sketch and description of accIdent. The car was towed to Eddies Panel beaters. They authorised car hire for me. On the 6.07.2013 they said I must return the car back to them becasue car hire was only for 15 days and it has finished. I drove from Kokstad to Durban to drop off the car, when I was at their offices they told me the car is still not authorised and they still following the process. I don't understand how can they take car hire from me when my car repairs are not even authorised. I don't believe that it can take them more than 15 days to assess and authorise repairs. When I told them that I'm not haappy they agreed to extend car hire for 5 days only. I'm highly pregnat and I need the car. I urge hello peter to interven, and they should either arrrange with the panel beater to give me a catersy car or they extend car hire, as they have delayed my claim since the 20.06.2013
