Poor Service from Idirect

Be aware of Poor service I encountered with Absa Idirect and its second grade panel beaters. With them it took nearly a month to get my cars to panel beatters. Upon that I got told by this panel beater that my car is awaiting parts after three weeks I had already drop it of for them to start working on it. In the same breath I receive a call somebody else within AA Quality Autobody to find out what is happen with my car as it has been standing in their work shop for three weeks with no work done on it. Which I told him that I was under the impression that the car is awaiting parts according to Lungile. I had car hire option which felt as if I was entitled to. First they book the car for 15 days which went by with not follow up, had to phone them for extension of the car hire as I qualify for 30 days. Still they extent the car hire for 10 days which total to 25 and the reason was that my car shouldn't take that long to fix. Again I needed to phone them for extra 5 days extension. Our telephone conference panel beaters promised to provide a coutersy car which they never did as had to relay on maxi cab for three days, this is the four day I haven't received the promised coutersy ca
