On the 13 November 2013 I met with an accident in Pretoria west. I called Hollard my insurance company and they said I must take my car to Eljoney panel beaters in Pretoria. They only approved the quote to Eljoney on the 26 November 2013. Two weeks later. Eljoney then closed on the 13 December 2013 for the holidays. Now I am on holiday with my family and budget car calls me and tells me they want the car back or they will report me to the police. The car hire is for one month only. Though hollard took two weeks to approve the car. And made me take it to a panel beater that closes for the holidays. When they sold the insurance car hire, they never mention car hire is for one month only. What a way to make my holidays short and what do I tell my kids. Thank you hollard for spoiling this festive season for me.
