I had been away for a month and on my return gave my Hyundai Tucson a run here and there to check that my battery was still charged but then didn't use the car for a few days. I got in one morning and tried to start the car - battery FLAT! I was on my own at the time so phoned my husband who was out of town in a panic. He suggested I call South Cape Auto which I did. The Workshop Manager took my call and was so helpful and said he would send someone round immediately. I thanked him profusely and asked if he could send an invoice for me which he declined! He simply said "No problem". The gentleman he sent was here in a flash and was so nice and in a blink of an eye had my car running again. He said no invoice, no problem and it was a pleasure to help. I was blown away. Had no cash on me but luckily I remembered I had a sizable Woolies voucher which I gave him gladly. I know he was not expecting any payment but I insisted. I was so grateful for their assistance and their wonderful attitude. Thumbs up to South Cape Auto!
