I was having such bad service from Auto Atlantic and a bad day, I was 10 min late for work as they could not find a driver to get me there... and Russel from Auto Atlantic organised it in 2 min. He always goes the extra mile for his customer's even although he has the worst job with everyone screaming and shouting at him constantly.
Geraldine is always on the run for BMW, and there is nothing she cannot help you with as she runs like a mad thing from one end of BMW to the other trying to please all her customers. Both Russel and Geraldine really go the extra mile for BMW Auto Atlantic Cape Town Heerengracht and this is the only reason I will always buy a BMW is because of the service I receive from these two wonderful examples of people who really try and please the customer always.
THANK YOU BOTH soo much for looking after me for the past 13 years with my BMW's... hopefully I will always be able to drive a BMW to receive the wonderful service I have gotten from both of you.
