I'm trying to lay a complain for the company called "Clarendon Auto". I received the invoice with R8300 and i have been trying to negotiate it to R7000 as i couldn't afford R8300. However, i have failed i did a go ahead on the amount as per invoice. i have the proof of this invoice with me. When they were done fixing my car and he claims that he gave me a new quote over the phone of R11 000. I do not know anything about this now i need my car and they want this money that we never agreed on. He never sent the invoice for it. Please assist me. Their details are as follows;
