On 22 November 2012 my late husband bought a 2003 VW Golf 4 from MYAA Auto for R75 000. The car had a lot of problems. Smoke came from the exhaust. He gave a R20 000 cash deposit. We took the car back to MYAA Auto for repairs. The car was kept by them for 3 days and nothing was done to fix the car. My husband and I took the car to them thrice, and everytime it was never fixed. My husband and I constantly phoned them every Monday for 2 months, to request from them to fix the car. We were told that the boss or manager is not available. The manager Ashraf, known as Ash was extremely rude to us, when we questioned him about the condition and repairing of the car. At that time my husband got ill, and he couldn't handle them anymore. I went on a mission to seek help to sort out my problem with them. Please people, be aware of MYAA Auto. My car is currently not driving, and it hasn't been driving for more than a year now. MYAA Auto promised to fix all the defaults, but this never happened. I feel that it's unacceptable how they treat their customers. My name is Shihaam Dawood.
