REFUSAL TO REDUCE MONTHLY INSTALMENTS

I bought a car from Lexus in 2011 at monthly installments of R10 000. I have requested and informed them of my situation thus asked the monthly installments to be reduced to -R6 000 per month but are refusing to reduce it but instead want their car back.

All I am asking for is the installment to be reduced and not return the car. Their attitude of being stubborn and not being ready to listen to their customers is me off.

I need the car for my kind of work.

I will appreciate it if there is anything you can do in this regard.
