Elias (employed by RTT) reversed with a truck into my car which was parked behind him on 27/05/2013. After several attempts by Outsurance, we still do not have the claim sorted out.
Outsurance reports: RTT claims they are "PARTIALLY SELF INSURED" and still don't have a claim number!
SERIOUSLY!?? Load of if you ask me.
Wondering also what happened to Outsurance bending backwards (chair broken??)
