I have submitted a parcel containing very important documents need for a visa application which a flight ticket that cost more than R10 000; which is the reason why I opted for their so-called express service. However, what was supposed expedient took a a week to be scheduled for departed whereas their tracking system in the mean time said the parcel departed since Saturday (2013/01/13).
Every time I called their was not very useful at, more for the lack of knowledge and professionalism, than for the will to try. The supervisor refused to talk to me because they no reasonable explanation for their delay.
I am planning to launch legal actions so that I can claim damages for the lost R10 000 flight ticket.
