I purchased and Audi TT from Sandton Audi in April this year. I chose to buy from Audi (at a slight premium) because of their PRE-OWNED PROMISE on the AUDI SA website. This is an excerpt :
"Each Pre-owned vehicle is sold with a 1 year/25 000km Freeway Plan or the balance of the existing Freeway plan".
I do not see any ambiguity in the promise, "each pre-owned vehicle" covers any vehicle that was owned previously i.e a used vehicle. Audi now claim that pre-owned, in their books, means any vehicle that is on an existing freeway plan. If that is the case, why have the "or balance of the existing freeway plan" included in the promise.
I find their interpretation of a simple statement/promise very devious.
