Jack Wellsted collected my boxes in January, 2013 for delivery via U.K. to Spain and have still not left South Africa. No responses to emails and telephone lines are disconnected. Managed to get hold of someone at their Durban branch and it appears that the company are in financial difficulties. Still trying to find a solution to this problem as I'm in the U.K. at the moment and find it very difficult and very worrying.
