Bought a brand new Clio 4 with damages

I bought a brand new Renault Clio 4 and was very happy with the car and service from the Sales executive. However I was told that I have 30 days to report any problems and or damages that I pick up. The day after I bought the car I realised that there is a dent on my cars bonnet and that my wheel alignment is out, that my auto stop system is not working and that the auto door lock is unavailable at all times. I tried to report all of this since the day after I took delivery and no one could assist as the entire team that was present resigned except the FNI. However she was on leave and only returned yesterday 21/05/2013. This is a huge problem for me as I bought a close to R200 000.00 car and there is a dent and wheel alignment that is out. I dont think that is a good sign as I worked in the motor industry and seen weird things. I am very unhappy about this and also that no one gave me any feedback as yet. I need a speedy solution and request a new vehicle as I am not driving with a sprayed car that is brand new as I know when you trade it in there will be issues. The dealer can take this car and I will wait for a new car and i want a courtesy car.
