I have bought a new Mazda 3 a month ago, after the initial registration was done incorrectly (on another car) and the vehicle's wrong spare keys was supplied, I still did not get any feedback of the car's registration plates. The temporary registration expired the 10th of May, and when I enquire this from the branch, I always get told that the plates will be ready the day I enquire it. I refuse to contact the branch anymore as I believe this service should be included in a purchase worth R250k.
Mccarthy did not even bother to contact me to ask about there service.
In case I get pulled over or fined for an expired temporary registration - the fees will be directed to Mazda SA, as I will not caryy the cost for a sleeping Mazda dealership. This is definetly the last vehicle I will purchase from this dealer, and I will most definetly not refer anyone there.
Also it's time Mccarthy review there unsatisified customer base (78% is unsatfisfied) on Hellopeter - it is a disgrace.
