The switchboard/receptionist lady at Lindsay Saker Hyde Park has a terrible attitude! She is condescending, dismissive, impatient and plain rude! I called in twice today and received the same terrible treatment. I asked her to relay a message to one of the consultants (Nazeem) and she said he'd call me back today which he didn't. Not sure if she did not give him the message, or if he did not bother to call me back. My car needs to be serviced, and all I wanted was a helpful voice over the phone in order for me to trust that my car is in good hands. Not sure if my car will be taken care of if the staff who "assist" customers are anything to go by. Such a shame!
