I am really shocked by the service received by African bank legal department.
i just got a call from Noni from legal department... this is a joke seriously.

Please go and listen to the recording and tell me if that how you speak to a client.
this women called me and said listen you speaking to Noni.
While I am trying to say something she is telling to I must listen to her as she called me.
She basically threatened me by telling me that African bank did me a favor by rescheduling by debt.
She was very rude, I do have a few accounts with African bank and I've always dealt with helpful people.
What I dealt with this morning I really don't know.
I am very very disappointed and I will take this further - that is no way to deal with your clients.
I am not a rude client not at all and I don't appreciate this from a customer care environment.
