Worst Customer Care Ever Encountered

My Atoz 1.1 2011 was handed to Hyundai Airport on 6/03/2013 for warranty repair to the engine. The sub-assembly has to be replaced due to a factory fault. Since booking in the vehicle I have only had 3 calls from them. 1st call to ask me how my vehicle was driving after it had been serviced??? How do you service a vehicle without an engine? 2nd call was to ask me to sign the estimate to strip the engine. 3rd call was on 14/05/2013 by the Service Manager, Danie Opperman, to inform me that they have decided to give me a courtesy vehicle, this after I have been without a vehicle for 2 months. I am an estate agent and my car is my income. Another scary thing is that Mr Opperman informed us on one of our numerous visits to his office, that he did us the favour of getting the cars gearbox checked??? Why??? We never requested any gearbox repairs. I went to Mr Opperman when I read in the newspaper that the N Koreans were closing the borders and asked if he was certain this would not affect the repair of my vehicle. He assured me that it would not. 1 week ago, when I went to see him AGAIN, he informed me that there was problems in Korea and if I knew about it???
