Re-sale on Renault not whats it cracked up to be

I have a 3 year old Renault and have checked its book value R200 000 but no one (not even Renault second hand) can offer me more than R140 000. Even with my so-called high millage they are still offering R60 000 less than what the car is worth. The car has full service history and been in no accidents. I cant understand why anyone in future will buy Renault?
