Handed my Lexus in for repairs on 30th of April with prior arrangement. Agreed that I will collect the repaired vehicle on the 17th of May when I get dropped-off from the airport. On 17th of April the repairs were incomplete (a month ago they confirmed that the procedure would take 5 business days) and my luxury vehicle is seemingly left in the open, exposed to the elements with open windows, and the incomplete repair (after an ample 18 days) implied that I was stranded at Centurion Panelbeaters and had to make alternate travel arrangements. Also, Centurion Panelbeaters changed the repair procedure from door-replacement to putty-fill without ensuring customer approval - a simple SMS or email would have been sufficient to reach me.
